  : I love the location!
  : Only one out of four elevators working to our room. Waited a long time to get to our room. Our room was dirty. Sheets dirty, towels were not clean. Carpets stained.

  : Check in super long. The four folks working behind the counter were doing their best, but were definitely understaffed.When we got to the room, it was super hot, 75 degrees. I adjusted the thermostat and we went out for the night. When we got back around 11, it was still at 75. I called front desk several times - no answer. So I went down and the two employees were just sitting there chatting. Told me there was nothing they could do, but maintenance would come up in 10-15 minutes. Maintenance finally showed up 10 hours later and had to remove the thermostat to fix it.The place was cheap. We got a "remodeled room", it was cheaply renovated. A lot of renovations is progress, but a lot of it left in plain site and not being actively worked on.The arcade room was overpriced - a dollar to play Pacman.Parking was crazy expensive. We parked next door at Ocean for only $5 a day. I asked if I could go see the water park before I paid the entrance fee, I was told they don't do that. I needed to print a document for work, at first i was told no. I let them know I was a teacher and needed it for a class. Only then did the front desk clerk go ask someone else. I did get it printed, but it must have been printed from a printer that was running out of toner - better than nothing, but I would have been embarrassed to hand it to a guest.The staff was overall friendly, but need customer service training.The place was clean overall. We stayed for four days and housekeeping never came into our room. We would just go grab towels off the cart in the hall.I was walking out the back doors into the boardwalk, and one of the guys out there selling weed was talking to another guy selling weed. Their conversation went something like,.. First guy says, "I thought you were working security here."The second guy responds" I am, just a couple days a week, but gotta make that money.

  : We stayed 5 days. Staff gave us a hard time about getting more toilet paper and any other items needed. No one at valet or bell services to get a cart when leaving. This place was a joke to stay in

  : There was visible black mold in the ceiling, in the bathroom and shower. The room smelled of urine. The beds showed visible signs of use. There were food fingerprint marks on the lamp shade. The room was warm and the over all hotel except for the main floor was hot and stuffy. The line to check in took almost 1 1/2 to check in.
