: Room was clean, very nice. Great bed, TV had my name on the screen, And I could access my own Netflix account. The bar served pimento cheese deviled eggs which were amazing and the bartenders were very nice.
: Valet only parking was disappointing and cost $55 a night . I was actually charged $84 for something that no one explained to me. The valet Line was very long and took about 45 minutes for me to check in. I expected breakfast to be complimentary, as did many of the guests, only to find $25 charged to the room for it. No microwave in the room. Door needs to be fastened hard to shut. Staff could have been friendlier. Poor view from my room, facing a wall.

: Will not stay here agian!!
: The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in downtown Atlanta and I booked a room with the balcony and I was thinking that it would have a view to the city, but it wasn't like that. Another thing they need to do better is about changing shifts at the same times they accept check ins I got there and they took for ever to check me in because they were changing shifts. Another thing was that there was weed smell coming from the vents in the room and the hall ways smell like weed the whole time I stayed and for what I read it's a free smoke place. Valet was too much per day!

: The staff were very friendly and the location was good.
: In an area with many homeless people and those suffering with ill mental health, didn’t feel completely safe as a solo traveller. The staff didn’t help with portering or luggage and the restaurant was too small to accommodate all guests at breakfast so I had to take my food to my room. Rooms were mainly accessible rooms and mine had some shortages in the electrical outlets and light switches.

: Location was the best!
: They took over 30 minutes to find my reservation! On top of that the online website said I didn't have to pay anything at the hotel. I was charged parking and deposit!My floor (5) smelled like cigarette smoke and I could smell it inside my room.
