  : Won't stay here again. Booked through booking.com. Absolutely no mention zero mention of any new policy or existing policy that says I guess can't stay if he or she is living within 50 miles. I booked my friend who very much needed the place. She got there and they turned her away with her 2 1/2 year-old son Because they were in the local area. The staff member, Chris, while not rude, Was unfriendly at best. Uninterested completely in the fact that I paid for a room that had I known about your policy I would never have booked. He was absolutely uncaring. Regardless of the fact that it was Clarion's fault even according to booking.com. Took me two days to negotiate my refund from booking.com. And we had to scramble around to find another place in short notice for my friend and her son. nice hotel. Terrible service.
