  : Great location, easy to find and had the perfect amount of space!
  : Mattresses where a little on the older side but since we were only there for 2 nights it wasn't a real problem. We were there just to get away and relax and it was PERFECT for that!

  : The only positive comment I have about this property is the location. It was in a central location in Arnold, close to a grocery store and gas station.
  : This trip started off with disappointiment. The Property mgmt company was not proactive, knowing that there was a storm that just hit, they should have cleared/plowed the driveway of snow PRIOR to our arrival. The driveway was covered in about 3-4 feet of snow. We arrived early,as requested, but couldn't access the property. When we called to ask if it was possible to plow the driveway, we were told to use a shovel. Our truck ended up getting stuck in the driveway & needed to be towed out the next day. It didnt get any better when we finally accessed the property, HOURS after our arrival. The property was beyond filthy, there was mold in the bathroom tub, spiderwebs in every corner and walls/baseboards. The carpet was poorly vacuumed and was covered in stains. The vacuum that was provided for use was disgusting, the filter/bag was filled and not emptied. The oven & stove weren't working properly due to broken knobs, cooking for Thanksgiving dinner was nearly impossible because we had to guess the temperature of the oven & burners. We couldnt use the microwave because the breaker would blow every time we turned it on. One of bedroom doors didn't close all the way, due to broken lock. The top bunk beds had a broken/missing rail, which my child ended up falling off the bed in the middle of the night due to lack of proper security. We called the property mgmt multiple times to inform these items and were told that they couldn't do anything, they needed to talk to the owners. They advised they would send maintenance to check on the stove, but they never did. We were not provided starter pack of amenities. We called to request soap & extra towels, because there wasn't enough provided. Property MGMT dropped off a few towels but not the soap. They didn't have a garbage can on the property.There was also a leaking roof!!

  : Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin is cute, looks like it was once a family's winter vacation home. Nice ski decor.
  : The only down side is the neglectful property management. We booked a long stay so I came with cleaning supplies for maintenance during our stay, sadly I had to clean on arrival. The main areas were sort of clean but there were dirty dishes in the cabinets, LOTS of cobwebs, dust and dead bugs in all nooks and crannies so if you moved a piece of furniture or couch cushion it was kind of gross. It was very hot on arrival and the ceiling fan didn't work. Housekeeper said a maintenance person would contact us, that never happened even after a couple more requests.

  : Great location. Easy to get in and out. Beautiful area.
  : Was not very clean. Cobwebs in the kitchen and dust on the furniture. No laundry soap to start the washer for the towels. Beds were very uncomfortable. The lighting was not good. Bulbs burned out and was not able to turn on the overhead light in kitchen.
