WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 17.55 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the non-smoking policy.

For check in and check out: Early check-in may be available but not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly and check for availability with the Front Desk if requesting check-in prior to 4pm. A late check-out fee will be imposed on guests checking out after 10am. Please check for availability upon arrival with the Front Desk.

Please note: Daily housekeeping is available at an extra cost. A mid-week cleaning is provided free of charge every 4th day only.

Due to limited front desk hours from May 31, 2022 to March 31st, 2022, guests who arrive every day of the week must take the following actions: Guest must call property directly before arrival date to notify staff. Upon arrival to the property, Security will verify reservation name, Credit card, and ID all match to the person checking in, give paper registration card to be completed, give paper communication on next steps for following day, and give keys for 1 night.

Please note that the 2 bedroom ADA Conversions construction will begin Oct. 1 - Jan. 17, 2022． Please be aware that there will be noise from the construction during business hours and possible dust/debris as well.
