  : location was great, very clean. Really I did love the house but I feel like so many things were over looked that I got to be very mad about it
  : yard was untamed, had to call and get someone out so we could access the hot tub, grill was broke, could barely see the river due to overgrowth of yard, needed to have bigger fans in each room, front right burner on stove is broke and the smell of gas is overwhelming, porn was recorded on the tv, banister going to lower level is wobbly, felt very unsafe. Write up says you can fish from the property but you could not even walk to the river. many windows did not have screens in them, so you could not open them to cool off the upper level with no ac. the window in the dinning room has a hinge broke on it so we had to help it close. I felt like this house is just a cash cow that is being overlooked. lots of potential without enough love to make it worth the money I spent.
