  : I don't know the problem is resulted by the hotel or the booking.com. I made the reservation for two-queen-size-bed room ahead of one month. When I went to the hotel at night 10 pm. The staff told me, Probably the booking company changed my room. They didn't have more this type of room for us. I had to call the booing company. It is also very terrible service. The staff promised to find a similar hotel for us and asked me to wait for 10 mins for his callback. After ten and ten more mins, nobody called me. Now it was 11:00 PM at night, staying in the parking lot with my kids and called the booking company again.
