  : Hi, coffee maker was dead on arrival, it was replaced on the third day.We did not use either of the bar stools next to kitchen, but one was very wabbly.

  : it was convenient location a lot of restaurants nearby . It had 2 parks close by to walk our dogs . They were fuel stations near also a large grocery store close. the room was very quiet didn't hear neighbors next to us

  : Great location with several places to eat less than a mile away and a Yokes basically across the street. Very spacious apartment for less than the price of similar or smaller 2 queen suites from hotels in the area. Loved the little heater in the restroom so wasn't freezing early in the morning. Ample parking spots so no matter what time of the day a close spot to the apartment was available. Will definitely look for availability here first next time I have to travel to Airway heights with my family.
  : Not a huge deal but it was a little annoying that the door to the 2nd bedroom kept closing on its own and needed to be propped open with something. Also, there was a drawer that kept opening all the way out on its own with the slightest touch.

  : Upon arrival the code to get in the door wasnt working. I called to find out why. I was then sent to another apartment and called by the wrong name . The lady who sent me to the wrong location. And called me by the wrong name was rude to be honest. I'm explaining certain things to her and she was like "I'll speak to higher management about this " I felt discouraged, disrespected and devalued .The location mentioned use of a gym which is quite away. The location had hair in our bowls . .. on the walls in the kitchen. It felt unclean

  : It was clean and comfortable and had all the basic necessities for a good stay. Both toiletries/towels/ and kitchen items. I'll be honest and say we probably wouldn't have considered this place if there hadn't been an NCAA basketball tournament and a Broadway production in town (read that... no available hotel rooms or closer in rentals) but we had a car, so the distance from our planned activities wasn't that big of a deal.
  : 1. Door lock was sort of sticky and couldn't get it open at first. The door code was working but couldn't get the door open. Called for help but local manager wasn't there. Neighbor ended up helping and we did get in, but didn't get a follow up from any official person until the next morning.2. There are advertisements all over the listing for this really great fitness center. It wasn't mentioned until the email that came with the door code was this fitness center was about a 20 minute drive away near one of the other properties, which means pretty useless to us.3. Got an email after booking that talked about charging us another $30something dollar fee for "background checking" a 4th adult. But have never had to have "back ground checks" for a two night stay anywhere, and was never asked for anyone's information, so that is sort of a bogus excuse for just charging an additional fee. Didn't sit well for something being billed as "sleeps 4"
