Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery.
A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
This property accepts paypal and bank transfer.

Photo ID and a working cell phone is mandatory for staying at this property, no google messaging service accepted. Breaching this or any of the house rules could result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
