A damage deposit of USD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please be advised that if the arrival time to the property is later than 8:00pm to 11:00pm there will be a charge of $35.00 for the check in that time and from 11:00pm to 8:00am there will be a charge of $50.00 for the check in process at that time.
